A color leaked outside the lines.
That page has a hairline gap in its outline, and the fill escaped through it. It is our bug, not yours. Send us the page name and we will repair the artwork and republish it.
How do I start over?
The restart arrow sits at the top left of the coloring screen. It asks first, then clears the page back to white so you can color it again in a different palette.
Where are my pages saved?
On your phone first, so coloring works with no signal. Progress, favorites, and the palettes you made then sync to your account, and a new phone restores them after you sign in.
I did not get the verification email.
Check the spam folder first. If it is not there after a few minutes, write to us from the address you signed up with and we will verify the account by hand.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us from the address on the account and ask. We erase the account, the coloring progress, the favorites, and the palettes. Nothing is kept.
Which devices does it run on?
iPhone and Android phones, held in portrait. Tablets work, though the layout is tuned for a phone in one hand.
